At Mentoring Adelaide, participant safety, quality support, and transparency are at the core of everything we do. All supports are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Service Agreements
A Service Agreement is established before support commences. It outlines the supports to be delivered, pricing, and responsibilities, and ensures services are tailored to each participant’s individual needs.
NDIS Pricing
All supports are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Pricing will be clearly outlined in your Service Agreement before support commences.

Supervision & Support Ratios
Support ratios are determined by individual participant needs, safety requirements, and the type of support provided. This ensures appropriate supervision and high-quality support at all times.
Incident Management
We maintain an Incident Management system in line with NDIS requirements. This ensures that incidents are appropriately responded to, recorded, and used to support continuous improvement and participant safety.
Insurance
We hold current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance for disability and youth support services. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
